This molding die (10): molds the surface of a laminate (60), which laminates prepreg (62), when curing the laminate (60); has a flat plate shape; and can closely contact the laminate (60) by elastically deforming from the flat plate shape to a shape corresponding to the shape of the laminate (60). As a result, it is possible to provide an easily handled molding die.
