摘要 PURPOSE: A solar cell electrode paste, a solar cell using the same, and a solar cell manufacturing method are provided to improve solar cell efficiency by adjusting the depth of an emitter of a silicon solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A second conductivity type semiconductor layer is formed on the front surface of a first conductivity type semiconductor substrate. An antireflection film(3) is formed on the second conductivity type semiconductor layer. A front electrode(4) is connected to the second conductivity type semiconductor layer by penetrating the antireflection film. A rear electrode(5) is formed on the rear surface of the first conductivity type semiconductor substrate. The depth of the second conductivity type semiconductor layer is 100 to 500nm. The front electrode comprises a first component which includes Ag, a second component which includes Zn and Bi, and glass frit.
