The mover has a rotor (20) stationary fixed to a rotor shaft (40), and a stator surrounding the rotor. A housing surrounds the stator and the rotor. A heat guide element (27) is arranged in the rotor and extends through a laminated core (21) in an axial direction of the rotor. The heat guide element is heat-conductively connected with metal sheets and one of supporting disks (23, 24), where heat is conducted in the axial direction from the laminated core. The heat guide element is connected with the rotor shaft in an interference-fit manner.
