<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive particle with insulating particles that is less likely to generate rust on a conductive layer, that can maintain high conductivity for a long term, and therefore, that can enhance the conduction reliability when used for connecting between electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive particle with insulating particles 1 has: a conductive particle with insulating particles main body 2; and a coat 3 coating a surface of the conductive particle with insulating particles main body 2. The conductive particle with insulating particles main body 2 has: a conductive particle 11 having a conductive layer 13 at least on a surface; and insulating particles 15 adhered on the surface of the conductive particle 11. The conductive particle with insulating particles main body 2 is processed using 5 wt.% citric acid solution to peel out the coat 3. Thereby, processing liquid containing the peeled coat 3 is obtained. Thereafter, filtrated liquid obtained by filtrating the processing liquid contains 50-10000 ppm of phosphor element or silicon element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
