<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate an occurrence pattern of electromagnetic noise without using specialists with knowledge of electromagnetic noise and expensive measuring instruments. <P>SOLUTION: A parameter derivation part 13 uses a pattern of CRC error recorded in a recording part 12 to divide data at a position where the CRC error does not occur for a statistical processing time or longer, and derives an occurrence pattern parameter of electromagnetic noise in each divided section, with setting a duration when the CRC error is detected continuously as continuing time and setting a duration when the CRC error is not detected continuously as quiescent time. A statistical processing part 14 statistically processes the parameter in each section and estimates the occurrence pattern of electromagnetic noise. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
