PURPOSE: A hybrid vehicle device is provided to improve the stability by applying a self lock structure preventing the damage of components. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid vehicle device comprises a clutch(200) and a clutch actuator(100). The clutch is installed between an engine and a driving motor. The clutch actuator comprises an actuator drive motor(110), a driving shaft(160), a ratchet(130), a pole, and a pole drive unit(120). The driving shaft receives the forward rotation torque from the actuator drive motor and the reverse rotation torque from the clutch. A holder is comprised in the locking part of the pole for preventing the reverse rotation of ratchet. The pole drive unit is connected to one section of the pole and installs the holder to the locking part detachably.
