MICROORGANISM HAVING ZEARALENONE DECOMPOSING ACTIVITY, METHOD FOR DEGRADING ZEARALENONE USING THEREOF AND FEED ADDITIVES COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A microorganism with zearalenone decomposing activity and a feed additive are provided to decompose zearalenone and to improve zearalenone control effect. CONSTITUTION: A microorganism with zearalenone decomposing activity expresses a gene containing a base sequence of sequence number 2, mutant thereof, or fragment thereof. The microorganism is Bacillus subtilis GB-501(deposit number: KCCM10930P, deposit date: 6 May 2008). A method for producing protein with zearalenone decomposing activity comprises: a step of preparing the microorganism with zearalenone decomposing activity; a step of culturing the microorganism for producing the proteins; and a step purifying the proteins from the culture.
