The assembly has a locking element (24) provided with a central opening (251), whose shape is matched with outer shape of a body screw (21) to lock rotation of the body screw in a tightening position. The locking element comprises a moving part formed as a control device (26) to allow positioning or withdrawal of the locking element in a stable assembly position and to block rotation of the body screw in a stable blocking position. The moving part of the locking element is partially positioned in a cage (25), and provides support laterally on an interior surface of a leg (253). An independent claim is also included for a method for securing a part on another part by a screw.
