MOTOR WITH SMALL-SIZED REDUCTION GEAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a small-sized reduction gear capable of suppressing generation of sliding sound in driving of the motor.

SOLUTION: The motor with the small-sized reduction gear includes: a worm 30 installed to a motor shaft 15; and a plate spring 50 held by a case 21 of the reduction gear. A free end 55 of the plate spring 50 comes into contact with a tip part 16 of the motor shaft 15, and the motor shaft 15 is energized in a thrust direction. The free end 55 is formed so as to be substantially perpendicular to a rotation axis of the motor shaft 15. An R surface 17 that projects toward the free end 55 is formed on the tip part 16. The free end 55 of the plate spring 50 comes into point contact with the R surface 17 in the rotation axis C of the motor shaft 15. Therefore, dynamic frictional force between the plate spring 50 and the R surface 17 is reduced, thereby suppressing generation of sliding sound in driving of the motor.
