<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate variable displacement compressor capable of being miniaturized and lightened without a clutch and preventing freezing of an evaporator by making coolant inlet quantity as zero by demagnetization of a solenoid for controlling a pilot valve. SOLUTION: When the solenoid 42 of a flow control valve driving mechanism 32 is demagnetized, the pilot valve 41 is closed, introduction of operating pressure into a pressure chamber 35 of a flow control valve 31 is interrupted, a spool valve 33 is closed, a low pressure side coolant passage 25 is interrupted and coolant inlet quantity to a coolant inlet chamber 7 is made zero.</p> |
