The outer wrapper (20)(44)(66) overlies the substantially transparent wrapper (18)(42)(64) and comprises at least one cut-out portion (22)(46)(68,68') extending around less than the full circumference of the mouthpiece (14)(34)(54) and exposing an area of the substantially transparent wrapper (18)(42)(64), through which an underlying portion of the mouthpiece is visible.</p> |
