<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine iron powder removing apparatus configured to prevent a pipe body from being deformed or damaged when an isolation member is removed from the body to move the apparatus to a washing place. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a body 2 which has an inlet 21 for introducing raw material containing fine iron powder and an outlet 22 for discharging the raw material, and which is arranged in a raw material supply path; an isolation member 3 detachably mounted on the body 2 which includes a plurality of bottomed pipe bodies 30 to be inserted into the body 2 and composed of a nonmagnetic material, and which also includes a partition wall 31 for fixing the open end sides of the pipe bodies; and a magnetic element 4 which is disposed in the pipe bodies 30 of the isolation member 3 so as to be insertable and detachable. In the isolation member 3, a plurality of bar-like pipe body protective members 5 each having a length longer than that of the pipe body 30 are arranged in parallel with the pipe bodies 30 so that the common circumscribed surface 5A of the adjacent pipe body protective members 5 is positioned outside the plurality of pipe bodies 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
