PURPOSE: A coil resonance coupler for local area wireless power communication and a local area wireless power transmission apparatus including the same are provided to improve transmission efficiency by wirelessly receiving power regardless of an installation direction of a wireless power receiving apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A first coil is vertically formed on a first shaft. A second coil is vertically installed on a second shaft which is perpendicular to the first shaft. A third coil is vertically installed on a third shaft which is respectively perpendicular to the first and second shafts. A self-focusing board is formed on a plane in which the first coil is installed. A transmission controller(20) controls a primary side core(30) based on location information. A location detection part(40) detects a position of a wireless power receiving apparatus.
