<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas shutoff device that determines that a gas shutoff device is abnormal when air falsely enters an conducting pipe, and closes a gas passage once, automatically detects that the abnormal conditions are restored and opens the gas passage. <P>SOLUTION: The gas shutoff device includes: a flow rate detection part 11; a flow rate calculation part 12; an abnormal flow rate determination part 13; a valve driving part 14; a valve 15; a sensor failure determination part 16; an accumulation stopping determination part 17; an accumulation stopping display part 18; and an accumulation part 19. The sensor failure determination part 16 outputs a valve closing signal C when a failure is determined in the light of a failure determination condition, and the valve 15 closes the gas passage and secures maintainability through the signal C. The accumulation stopping determination part 17 measures a first predetermined period that is required to improve a temporary state of an abnormal gas via a sensor failure signal E and outputs a valve opening signal H after the first predetermined period passes, and the valve 15 opens the gas passage. Accordingly, the state where the gas can't be used is automatically restored, thereby convenience of both a gas user and a gas plug opening worker for a gas supply can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
