<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonance type power conversion device capable of performing zero-voltage switching with stability. <P>SOLUTION: In a resonance type power conversion device, a circuit consisting of first and second reverse-conducting switching elements connected in series, a first resonance capacitor connected in parallel to the first reverse-conducting switching element, and a second resonance capacitor connected in parallel to the second reverse-conducting switching element, is connected between both ends of first and second DC voltage sources connected in series, and a resonance switch and a resonance reactor are connected in series between a node between the first DC voltage source and the second DC voltage source and a node between the first reverse-conducting switching element and the second reverse-conducting switching element. In the resonance type power conversion device, the first and second resonance capacitors are voltage dependency capacitors having characteristics that the electrostatic capacity is reduced in response to rise in its both-end voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
