<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce accessory materials and the work amount sharply in the repairing work of an expansion coupling. SOLUTION: This is an expansion coupling for repairing composed to house the outer periphery of a bellows 11 in the outer periphery of flanges 12, in an expansion joint 10 composed of the tubular metallic bellows 11 in which plural crests 11a and valleys 11b are formed alternately in the axial direction, and flanges 12 welding connected to the openings at both ends at the airtight condition respectively. And in a passage 1 having an expansion joint 20, a process to cut at least one position in the axial direction of the expansion coupling 20 from the inside of the passage 1, a process to carry in and convey the couplings for repairing manufactured by dividing adequate length, in the above passage 1, a process to assemble the expansion couplings 10 in the passage 1, and a process to connect and fix the assembled expansion coupling 10 on the inner periphery of the passage 1 in the airtight condition, are processed in an adequate order.</p> |
