<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blue photosensitive composition which does not reduce sensitivity and developability of a photosensitive composition and has high transmittance and hence high lightness, and a color filter using the same, and a liquid crystal and organic EL display having the color filter. <P>SOLUTION: A blue photosensitive composition contains at least (A) a transparent resin, (B) a photopolymerizable monomer, (C) a blue pigment, (D) a photoinitiator, and (E) a solvent. The (C) photopolymerizable monomer contains an acid group-containing photopolymerizable monomer with an acid value of 15-50 mgKOH/g and the (D) photoinitiator is contained by 5-20% in the total solid content. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
