<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition for a steel plate, which can become a detergent having a long life because of high detergency and defoamability; and to provide a method for manufacturing a cold-rolled steel plate using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The detergent composition for a steel plate includes an alkali agent (a), a nonionic surfactant (b), a fatty acid amide (c), an alcohol (d) having an 8-24C branched-chain alkyl group or alkenyl group and having no oxyalkylene group added thereto, and water, wherein the ratio ä(b)/(d)} of the content of the nonionic surfactant (b) and the content of the alcohol (d) is 0.10 to 0.90. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
