PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to improve light extraction efficiency by efficiently reflecting light generated from an active layer through a reflection layer. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(120) includes a first conductive semiconductor layer(122), an active layer(124), and a second conductive semiconductor layer(126). A first electrode(128) is formed in a first direction of the light emitting structure. A transparent conductive layer(130) is formed in a second direction of the light emitting structure. A DBR(Distributed Bragg Reflector Layer)(150) is formed on the transparent conductive layer. A current stop layer(140) is formed on a part of the edge in a second direction of the light emitting structure. |
