MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CELLULOSE FROM BIOMASS USING WATERJET

PURPOSE: A method for preparing cellulose from biomass by collision of a water jet is provided to produce a large amount of cellulose with uniform size. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing cellulose comprises: a step of mixing water and biomass to prepare a mixture solution; and a step of colliding the mixture solution at 900 m/s-1000 m/s. The biomass is Typha orientalis C. Presl. The size of biomass is 0.1-1 mm. The mixture solution additionally contains carbohydrase, cellulase, amylase, or glucosidase.
