PURPOSE: A light emitting device package manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to solidify an encapsulating material within a short time suing infrared rays, thereby improving reliability and productivity. CONSTITUTION: A main body unit(10) provides a hardening environment for performing a hardening step in an encapsulation process. The main body unit is arranged on a movement route of a lead frame. A heating unit(20) solidifies an encapsulating material by directly projecting infrared rays. A movement unit(30) transfers the lead frame. The movement unit comprises a conveyer belt which moves in a single direction.
