APTAMER SPECIFIC S.ENTERITIDIS AND USE OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: An aptamer which is specific to Salmonella enteritidis(SE) is provided to selectively detect contaminated SE in a sample. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an aptamer which is specific to Salmonella enteritidis(SE) comprises: a step of reacting a random RNA library with a magnetic bead having fixed SE; a step of removing RNA which is not conjugated to SE; a step of performing SE-conjugated RNA; a step of purifying and concentrating RNA; and a step of reacting the prepared RNA pull with SE-fixed magnetic beads. A composition for detecting and quantitating SE contains the aptamer.
