<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly charge an auxiliary power unit at a low cost and with a low load. <P>SOLUTION: A charging control device comprises: an electric power unit; an auxiliary power unit provided with an auxiliary power charging circuit which has multiple capacitors connected in series and in parallel to which the electric power unit is connected, a charging changeover switch which switches between starting and stopping of supplying DC voltage vdt output from the electric power unit to each capacitor, and a connection changeover switch which switches a connection configuration by switching to connect in series or in parallel the capacitors or shutting down the connection; and a power supply control part which sends, until charging to all the capacitor is judged to be completed, after an instruction to switch to block all the connection between the capacitors is given, a start instruction to supply the DC voltage to a selected capacitor to which charging is not judged to be completed and repeats capacitor separate charging processing in which at a time point where charging is performed until becoming a predetermined quickly chargeable specified voltage value Vdf, it is judged that charging is completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
