<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comment contribution system that assists with contribution of a comment such that a person who sees the comment grasps a purchase state of an article or service. <P>SOLUTION: Purchase state information acquisition means (61) acquires purchase state information associated with the purchase state of the article or service sold by a selling method of determining the unit price of the article or service that a plurality of purchasers buy in an object period based upon the total quantity of the article or service that the plurality of purchasers buy in the object period. Comment information generation means (62) generates comment information associated with the purchase state of the article or service, and transmission means (63) transmits link information for accessing a communication service device and the comment information to a terminal of a user.
