PURPOSE: An exhaust brake capable of the minimizing of instrument deformation is provided to disperse the stress applied to a support bracket according to the structure which can fix a cylinder to the support bracket without rotation. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust brake comprises a support bracket(100), a tubular valve housing(200), a valve(300) and an actuator(500). The tubular valve housing is fixed to a first side(110) of the support bracket. The actuator is fixed to a second side(120) of the support bracket with a clamping unit(400). The actuator comprises a cylinder(510) and a piston rod to rotate the valve.
