PURPOSE: A chemical tempering furnace apparatus for manufacturing uniform tempered glass is provided to maintain cation concentration by placing a bubble generator at lower part of a tempering furnace, thereby enhancing maximum glass charging per unit volume. CONSTITUTION: A chemical tempering furnace apparatus for manufacturing uniform tempered glass comprises a tempering furnace(1), a preheating furnace(2), a control unit(4), and a bubble generator(13). The tempering furnace produces tempered glasses by dipping glass into nitrate solution and substituting sodium ion of the glass with potassium ion of the sodium nitrate solution. The preheating furnace is located at upper part of the tempering furnace and pre-heats, strengthens, and anneals the glass. The control unit drives and controls the preheating furnace and the tempering furnace. The bubble generator is formed inner lower end of the tempering furnace. |
