摘要	<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a scanning tunneling spectroscopy (STS) and a scanning tunneling luminescence spectroscopy (STLS) at an identical local area of a sample. <P>SOLUTION: A probe 110 with a tip end having conductivity and transparency is used as a probe-type light measuring device 10. When a prescribed bias voltage is applied to the probe 110, a tunnel current is generated between the surface of the sample and the probe 110, and a signal light is generated from the sample with current excitation by the tunnel current.
