Spanner with reinforced torque

The spanner has a molding element (26) accommodating drive torque at an annular key cartridge (1). A torque output unit (4) outputs output torque, which is larger than the drive torque. A drive shaft (25) is accommodated in a pivoting arm (10) and provided with an eccentric pin (28), which produces effective connection between the molding element and the torque output unit using a support plate (20) by a support bolt (8) and an output lever (2). The support plate comprises cylindrical locking grooves (23) with different radius and angle positions to the eccentric pin.
