GEOPOLYMER COMPOSITION HAVING HIGH STRENGTH AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A high intensity GEO polymer composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve initial and post compressive strength by adding potassium silicate solution to a mixture of fly ash, amorphous, and aluminosilicate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a high intensity GEO polymer composition comprises next steps: mixing fly ash and amorphous aluminosilicate in a weight ratio of 80:20-20:80; stirring at high speed after adding 1-5 weight% of a reaction controller to the mixture; and adding 30-50 parts by weight of modified liquid potassium silicate to 100.0 parts by weight of the mixture. The modified liquid potassium silicate comprises 30-80 weight% of potassium silicate, 5-30 weight% of potassium hydroxide, and 15-60 weight% of water. The reaction controller includes sewage sludge incineration ash and NaCl in weight ratio of 8.0-9.0:1.0-2.0.
