PURPOSE: A machining method and a machining device of a pin seal for fixing a turbine vane are provided to reduce machining processes and costs by simultaneously forming the top and bottom surfaces of a plate and the top and bottom arc surfaces of circular bars formed on both sides of the plate. CONSTITUTION: A machining method of a pin seal(10) for fixing a turbine vane is as follows. The top surface of a plate and the top arc surfaces of circular bars(14, 14a) are simultaneously formed on the top of a material. The bottom surface of the plate and the bottom arc surfaces of the circular bars are simultaneously formed on the bottom of the material. The side arc surfaces of the circular bars are formed on the sides of the material.
