DETECTION OF TARGET NUCLEIC ACID SEQUENCES USING DUAL-LABELED IMMOBILIZED PROBES ON SOLID PHASE

PURPOSE: A method for detecting target nucleic acid sequences on a soild phase is provided to control the site of a nucleotide for binding a probe. CONSTITUTION: A method for selectively detecting target nucleic acid sequences from DNA or nucleic acid mixture on a solid phase comprises: a step of hybridizing the target nucleic acid sequences on an immobilized probe; a step of contacting a resultant with DNA polymerase with 5' to 3" exonuclease activity; a step of stopping exonucleolytic reaction by DNA polymerase at a nucleotide in which a second probe is conjugated; and a step of detecting signal change on the solid phase substrate.
