<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The unit has a pocket (12) arranged on a receiving chamber (21a) and dimensioned such that a conical beverage cup (20) or a bottle e.g. polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottle, is inserted in a clamp seat into the pocket. A strip-shaped wall section (23) is partially cut free laterally from sidewalls of the pocket by an incision (21). The incision extends in parallel with lower edge of the pocket. Ends of strip-shaped wall section fold lines (22) extend in a direction perpendicular to the wall section, so that the wall section is bent around the fold lines into interior of the pocket. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Packaging unit for use as a bag for food or edibles such as popcorn and corn chips, and as a beverage cup or a bottle i.e. polyethylene terephthalate bottle, containing drinks bought by people at a booth or sales room of a movie theater. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The packaging unit is manufactured in a simple and cost effective manner.
