摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a force measurement method for multimode touch screen device. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the force measurement method for multimode touch screen device. In the method, force applied to a touch screen can be measured. The principle of the present invention is based upon measurement of movements of two substrates (2, 4) supporting conductive rows (5) and columns (3) of the touch screen, i.e. measurement of movements proportional to the applied force. The movements of the substrates are found by analyzing change in capacitive impedance (C<SB POS="POST">Z</SB>1, C<SB POS="POST">Z</SB>2) induced through the presence of an actuator which moves the substrates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
