<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that enables an incoming call to be appropriately transferred in a network where a session is started to connect a call. <P>SOLUTION: Subscriber data storage means stores a transfer scenario including transfer setting information indicating whether an incoming call is transferred or not, a transfer destination telephone number, and capability information indicating service capability of a corresponding terminal device. Transfer determination means receives a session start request for incoming, refers to a transfer scenario, and if transfer setting information indicates transfer and service capability of a terminal device is capable of providing a communication service requested in the session start request, determines that a call requested in the session start request is transferred, if not so, determines that the call is not transferred. Transfer processing means, if it is determined that the call is not transferred, relays the session start request to an incoming call destination terminal device and, if it is determined that the call is transferred, relays the session start request to a control device that accommodates a terminal device having a transfer destination telephone number. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
