PURPOSE: A data service supplying apparatus and a method thereof are provided to supply data traffic to a terminal and to reduce cost of equipment for service supply. CONSTITUTION: A handover information processor(213) updates a path according to handover related information of a terminal(200). A path setup unit(215) updates a preset transfer path of packet data. A repeater(221) stores the packet data. The repeater changes path information of the packet data by using handover related information. The repeater transfers the packet data to the terminal.
