The locking unit is unlocked by a manually actuated button so that the backrest is in vertical configuration, and is unlocked by an activating unit assembled on the seat to be actuated by folding the backrest. An elastic constraint unit is arranged to exert constraint on the cushion towards a folded position. The locking unit has a turntable fixed on assembly reinforcement (10).
