<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator that enables an outer tube for protection of an inner cable to be simply and surely attached to a drum housing. <P>SOLUTION: A window regulator for use is constituted as follows: a drum housing comprises an anti-coming-off portion and an engaging portion; a guide portion is formed between the anti-coming-off portion and the engaging portion; the anti-coming-off portion is provided with an insertion hole through which the outer tube is to be inserted; an outer storage groove, which has a width of a section from an anti-coming-off portion side end to an engaging portion side end set larger in dimension than an outside diameter of the outer tube and smaller in dimension than an outside diameter of a terminal portion of the outer tube, is formed in the guide portion; and the outer tube is housed in the outer storage groove when the terminal portion is engaged with the engaging portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
