The method involves estimating the amount of inphase/quadrature offset and imbalance with a model of the transmission channel of the transmission signal based on the portion of transmission signal and transmitted data. The model of inphase/quadrature offset, inphase/quadrature imbalance and a coefficient of the transfer function per sub-carrier is assumed as a boundary condition of the model, such that the adjacent subcarriers are set with same coefficients of the transfer function. The transmission signal is processed based on estimated amount. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) measuring device for processing transmission signal; and (2) computer program for processing transmission signal.
