<p>PURPOSE: A blank touch film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize working efficiency and production simplicity by reducing processor error and to reduce a reinforcing glass touch sensor process. CONSTITUTION: A blank touch structure forms a transparent substrate, a refractive ratio control thin film, a transparent conductive thin film, and a photo-resist film. The photo-resist film is formed based on photo-resist film. The photo-resist film is formed in spin coating, scan coating, spray coating, or inkjet printing method.
