PURPOSE: A net for protecting privacy by a metal nanocoating layer is provided to prevent see-through property and rust generation. CONSTITUTION: A net for protecting privacy by a metal nanocoating layer has a net woven by synthetic resin monofilament yarn. The one side of the net has the metal nanocoating layer. The net is prepared by surface modification or UV surface modification. The net forms the metal nanocoating layer after surface modification of the net.
