PURPOSE: A biomarker containing SNP gene for diagnosing aspirin hyposensitivity is provided to diagnose aspirin hyposensitive without administration of aspirin. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting aspirine hypersensitive SNP gene comprises: a step of genotypin two or more SNP gene selected from the group consisting of sequence numbers 1-43 isolated from a test object; a step of applying genotype to equation 1 by converting homozygote to 2 and heterozygote to 1; and a step of determining aspirin hypersensitivity positive diagnosis in case the value is more than 1.
