PURPOSE: A fluid dynamic bearing assembly and motor including the same is provided to enable a steadily support a rotor by maintaining a bearing span of a shaft long. CONSTITUTION: A motor(10) includes a fluid dynamic bearing assembly(60), a stator(40), and a rotor(20). The fluid dynamic bearing assembly is fixed by arranged inside a support part of the stator. The fluid dynamic bearing assembly includes a sleeve(66), a first oil sealing unit(100) and a second oil sealing unit(200). A stator is composed of a supporting part in which an outer circumference of the fluid dynamic bearing assembly is fixedly inserted, a plurality of cores(44), and a coil(46). A rotor is rotated by electric interaction of a coil and the magnet(24).
