<p>A tape guidance member that can prevent or effectively inhibit a tape-contact layer provided on a flange body from coming off. A reel (10) is provided with: a hub (12) around which a recording tape (T) is wound; a resin flange body (50) that protrudes in an overhanging manner from one axial end of the hub (12) and restricts the widthwise position of the recording tape (T); a tape-contact layer (52) that is formed, from a material that is not compatible with the resin material constituting the flange body (50), as a sheet on the recording-tape-side surface of said flange body (50); and a resin overlap section (54) that is provided on the flange body (50), covers a tapered outer edge (52A) of the tape-contact layer (52) from the recording-tape (T) side, and holds the tape-contact layer (52) onto the flange body (50).</p> |
