<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve dimensional accuracy of a foam core. <P>SOLUTION: A primary molded body that is molded in accordance with a contour of the foam core is obtained by setting a plurality of insert members into a mold and foaming and curing a foam material in a foam molding mold in a section where the insertion members, being alignment references, are partitioned, and partition members are provided in a cavity of the foam molding mold. Blocks including the insertion members, which is a reference are obtained by partitioning the primary molded body using the partitioning members.
