PURPOSE: An oxygen supply device is provided to generate and supply oxygen by manipulation in a short time. CONSTITUTION: An oxygen supply device comprises: a water storage part(2) for storing water and having a container(1) inside; a manipulation part(3) which is penetrated to the container and damages the water storage part; an oxygen generating drug(4) which is contained in the container and reacts with the water; and a respiration part(5) for discharging oxygen to the outside. The manipulation part comprises: a penetration body in which the container is penetrated; and a destroying body(32) which is formed at one end of the penetration body for destroying the water storage part.
