PURPOSE: A vegetation fence assembly capable of installing without cement mortar by assembling, and a vegetation fence using thereof are provided to grow vegetation plants on the front side of the fence. CONSTITUTION: A vegetation fence assembly comprises the following: a first block(10) including a vegetation space for storing a vegetation block(20) with a soil layer and a vegetation plant planting layer; a second block(40) including a penetration unit with opening on the upper and lower sides, combined to the first block by being located by turns; a water supply unit(50) including one end located inside a water tank for transferring water in the water tank to the vegetation block, and the other end having a water transfer member(52) connected to the vegetation block; a first protrusion combined to the second block located on the left side of the first block; and a first storage unit(16) combined to the second block located on the right side of the first block.
