<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer capable of increasing the number of windings of a secondary coil so as not to affect a projection shape viewed from a winding axis direction. <P>SOLUTION: A transformer 1 includes a primary coil 10 and a secondary coil 20 arranged and laminated in a winding axis direction in a state being insulated from each other. The secondary coil 20 includes conductor plate parts 21 and 22 having a plurality of layers arranged and laminated in the winding axis direction, and the conductor plate parts 21 and 22 are electrically connected to each other in series.
