PURPOSE: A light guide plate processing apparatus is provided to continuously process various patterns on a light guide plate with a galvano scanner that is activated at the same time as the movement of a header part, thereby improving processing speed. CONSTITUTION: A light guide plate processing apparatus(1) comprises a frame part(10), a guide part(20), a heater part(30), a header part transfer unit(40), a laser generator(50), a table part(60), a galvano scanner, a lens part, and a control part(90). Both ends of the guide part are coupled to the frame part. The header part is moved along the guide part. The heater part transfer unit transfers the header part. The laser generator is fixed to the header part and generates a laser beam. A light guide plate is fixed to the top of the table part. The galvano scanner comprises a galvano-mirror and a galvano-mirror rotating unit. A laser beam, which has passed through the galvano scanner, is projected onto the light guide plate through the lens part. The control part controls the operations of the header part transfer unit, the laser generator, and the galvano-mirror rotating unit. |
