PURPOSE: A wire rope loop for a cargo loading and unloading work and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve workability by simply reinforcing a joint using a jig for casting. CONSTITUTION: A wire rope loop for a cargo loading and unloading work comprises a wire rope, a metal joint(1), and casting reinforcing materials(2,2a). The wire rope is formed in a ring shape and has rope ends(100a,100b) overlapped each other. The metal joint connects the rope ends to each other. The casting reinforcing materials are integrally formed in both sides of the joint using a jig for casting. |
