A video conference system and an implementation method thereof are disclosed in the present invention, wherein the system includes: a presiding mobile terminal, which is used to establish a video call connection with one or more other presiding mobile terminals, exchange audio and/or video data with one or more access mobile terminals which access the presiding mobile terminal, and forward the audio and/or video data from the access mobile terminals to one or more other presiding mobile terminals; one or more access mobile terminals, which are used to access the presiding mobile terminal, and exchange audio and/or video data with the presiding mobile terminal. The technical solution of the present invention solves the problem that the portability of the traditional video conference system is not enough, and then achieves effects that a video conference can be realized very conveniently and inexpensively, and can be constructed easily.
